PROPERTIES

Tough Bonding: Superior Phenol Formaldehyde Resin (PF) are used for super bondage, Hardwood species used for long life.

Dimensional Stability: Seasoned timber and balanced construction ensures dimensional stability.
The grains of veneers are arranged perpendicular to one another, which prevents war-page and built the strength.

Borer and Termite Free: ASCU treatments given to the products to avoid attacks borer and termites.

Density: Apply extremely high pressure during manufacturing to maximize the density

Free of gaps: Special care has been taken to minimize the core gap.

PROPERTIES

Timber: Consistent with our commitment to preserve ecology, we are using such hardwood species- which are renewable. Thus Gurjan, Poplar, Eucalyptus are used that optimize their virtues and minimizes harmful denudation of rain-fed forests.

Dimensional Stability: Veneers are well seasoned to bring down their moisture contents to the acceptance level i.e., 8% -12%, do not warp on drying.

Borer and Termite Free: Plywoods are treated with Penta-chloro compounds to fortify them against external attacks of borer and termites.

Construction of Plywood: Our plywood consist of plies-face, core and panels – one on the top of the other. A balanced construction is adopted to achieve the dual purpose of dimensional stability and minimum of joints (Which generally decrease probability of delamination therefore the fewer the joints are better). The veneers are well seasoned to bring down their moisture contents to the acceptable 8%-12% levels, so that they should warp on drying.
